Limiting liability exposure and providing safety protocols is key managing the hotel asset. Cambridge is focussed on Risk Management through education for hotel teams to understand the importance of this aspect of management. Our Human Resources group is keenly involved at the property level for training and consultation on all levels of associate management, retention and benefit programs.
Using the latest in technology and tech support, Cambridge properties have access around the clock access to all property financial data, cash flow management and labor costs through out Cloud-based systems.
Hotels are open to serve guests and Cambridge is open to serve our partners with 24 Hour/7 Days a Week/365 Days a Year access to your Operations Supervisor and all Cambridge Hospitality management team members. Property management has direct lines to Cambridge principals.
